Cancellation Policy

By registering and participating, you agree to the following: Acceptance of Terms. You are at least 18 (or have parental/guardian approval) and accept these Terms & Conditions. Health & Disclosure. You are physically and mentally able to participate and will provide truthful and complete information about any medical conditions or special needs. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability. Participation in personal development and wellness practices carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks and release, waive, and discharge the program organizers and affiliates from all liability, claims, or demands, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct. No Refund Policy. All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable due to the nature of the program, regardless of non-attendance, early withdrawal, or failure to complete. Payment Obligation. Enrollment commits you to the full program term. If selecting a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments. Missed payments may suspend access but do not cancel your financial obligation. Chargebacks & Disputes. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Attempts may result in immediate removal and contestation using this agreement. Code of Conduct. You agree to act respectfully. Disruptive behavior or harassment may result in removal. Photography / Media Release. You grant permission to use your likeness in promotional or educational materials if recorded, unless you notify us in writing in advance that you do not consent. Collection of Information. We collect necessary information (name, email, payment) to deliver services and keep you updated. We never sell or share details. You can unsubscribe or request removal at any time. Intellectual Property. Course materials are the intellectual property of the organizers/facilitators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without permission, except for personal use. Severability. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. Governing Law & Disputes. Governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas courts (or via binding arbitration). Amendments. We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Continued participation after notification of material changes constitutes acceptance.
